1. Do you ship to locations outside of India?

No, currently we only ship to locations within India.
 

2. Do you take customised orders?

Yes, we accept customer requests for making their customised initials on the bags. For custom requests, please contact us at contact@beltbag.in.
 

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You can check the estimated delivery time during checkout.
  

4. Are your Beltbags suitable for both men and women?

Yes, our Beltbags are designed to be unisex and suitable for both men and women.
 

5. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been packed or shipped.

6. How can I contact customer support if I have a question or issue?

You can contact us via mail at contact@beltbag.in or by using the contact form on our website. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
 

7. Are your Beltbags made from environmentally-friendly materials?

We strive to use sustainable and eco-friendly materials whenever possible in our products. Please refer to the product descriptions on our website for information on the materials used in each Beltbag. All the packaging is strictly paper based. All our products are made from non-leather fabrics.

8. What do I do if I have not received my order within 12 days?

We take full responsibility to make sure your order reaches you on time, but in very few instances we have noticed the courier partner has delayed the delivery.

Kindly reach out to us on email contact@beltbag.in immediately if your order shows in transit for more than 12 days after receiving the order shipping details.

NOTE: It can take upto 10 days for us to track and deliver your order if the order is stuck/ lost in transit.

  

9. Can I change the product after my order is placed?

Yes. For any order change, kindly email us at contact@beltbag.in or WhatsApp us at 9175869154 within 2 hours after your order is placed.
 

10. Till when can I initiate a return/exchange request?

Every order placed on our website is eligible for exchange only within 5 days of delivery. Since our products are handmade, and requires certain care, if you have used the product which has stains or beyond repair we will not be able to accept your exchange request.
 

11. Do I need to send the products back myself if I want to return/ exchange?

Yes. Incase you don’t like our product/s or you are not satisfied with your purchase we give you all the rights to return the products back to our warehouse within 5 days from the delivery date. In such cases we cannot initiate a exchange pickup for you, once you have sent the product back at our warehouse our team will inspect the quality of the received product and dispatch your choice of exchange product.
 

12. What are the care instructions?

All our Beltbags are handcrafted. We recommend you to wipe your beltbags with wet to dry cloth.
