Refunds and Exchange Policy

1. BeltBag is committed to delivering to you high-quality, thoughtfully-designed premium products. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product or the product that you did not place an order for, we initiate a pick-up and deliver a brand new product to your doorstep. 

2. BeltBag does not provide a direct return of any products. You can exchange it with any other product of your choice.

3. For damaged products, please reach out to us immediately at contact@beltbag.in

However, if you receive the product in perfect condition and you do not like it and wish to exchange our product due to any subjective/unknown reason, you can write to us at contact@beltbag.in within 5 days and we shall assist you further.

4. The product has to be sent by you to our warehouse. Once we receive the product, we will run a quality control check and then your exchange request will be processed.

5. Any damage or usage of the product will disqualify you for an exchange. 

6. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned or canceled.
