At BeltBag, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We take care to ensure that every product is packed and shipped in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we are committed to making it right.

Please read the following policy carefully before requesting an exchange.

1. Do We Offer Returns or Refunds?

BeltBag does not offer direct returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference or subjective reasons.

However, eligible products may be exchanged for another product available on our Website, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Refunds will generally not be provided for a product that is delivered correctly and in good condition but is subsequently no longer required or does not meet your personal preference.

2. Exchange for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product;
• A defective product; or
• A product that is different from the product you ordered,

please contact us at contact@beltbag.in as soon as possible and within 5 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue; and
• Clear photographs and/or a video showing the product and the issue immediately after receiving the product.

After reviewing the information provided, we may arrange for the product to be picked up and returned to us.

Once the product is received and inspected, an eligible replacement will be processed.

Where the same product is unavailable, we may provide an exchange for another available product of your choice, subject to any applicable price difference.

3. Exchange Due to Change of Mind or Personal Preference

If you receive your order in perfect condition but do not wish to keep the product due to personal preference, change of mind, colour preference, size preference or any other subjective reason, you may request an exchange by contacting us at contact@beltbag.in within 5 days of delivery.

Such exchanges are subject to:

• The product being unused and in resalable condition;
• The original packaging being intact;
• All tags, labels and accessories being included;
• The product showing no signs of use, washing, alteration, damage or wear;
• Successful quality inspection by BeltBag; and
• Availability of the replacement product.

The final approval of an exchange request will be subject to our quality inspection.

4. Condition Required for Exchange

For an exchange to be eligible, the product must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered.

The following may make a product ineligible for exchange:

• Signs of use or wear;
• Stains, marks, dirt or odour;
• Damage caused after delivery;
• Washing or cleaning of the product;
• Alterations or modifications;
• Missing tags, labels, accessories or original packaging;
• Damage caused by improper handling or use; or
• Any other condition that makes the product unsuitable for resale.

We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements.

5. Exchange Process

Once you contact us regarding an exchange, our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.

Depending on the reason for the exchange:

For damaged, defective or incorrect products:
We may arrange a reverse pickup through our delivery partner.

For exchanges due to personal preference/change of mind:
You may be required to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost. The return shipment must be sent to the address provided by our team.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.

The exchange will be processed only after the product passes our quality inspection.

6. Exchange Shipping Charges

For products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, BeltBag will generally bear the applicable reverse shipping and replacement shipping costs, subject to verification of the issue.

For exchanges requested due to change of mind, personal preference or other reasons not attributable to BeltBag, the customer will be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated to you before the exchange is processed.

7. Product Availability

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the product you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we may offer you:

• Another available product of your choice;
• A replacement with the same or a similar product; or
• Another suitable resolution, as may be applicable.

If the replacement product has a higher price than the original product, you may be required to pay the difference.

If the replacement product has a lower price, the difference may not necessarily be refundable and will be handled in accordance with the applicable exchange terms communicated to you.

8. Exchanges for Sale, Discounted or Promotional Products

Products purchased during sales, clearance offers or promotional campaigns may be subject to specific exchange conditions.

Where different exchange terms apply to a particular product or promotion, those terms will be communicated on the relevant product page, offer or promotion.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from BeltBag are:

• Non-refundable;
• Non-cancellable once purchased;
• Non-exchangeable for cash; and
• Not eligible for return.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred into a bank account.

Any unused balance on a gift card will remain subject to the applicable gift card terms.

10. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If the order has already been shipped, you may need to receive the order and follow the applicable exchange process.

11. Exchanges for Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to BeltBag because of an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact details, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, any re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.

12. How to Request an Exchange

13. Quality Inspection

All products returned to us for an exchange are subject to a quality inspection.

The purpose of the inspection is to verify that:

• The returned product corresponds to the original order;
• The product is eligible for exchange;
• The product has not been used or damaged after delivery; and
• The product meets the applicable exchange conditions.

The exchange will be processed only after the product passes the applicable quality check.

14. Processing Time

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, please allow reasonable time for inspection and processing of the exchange.

The replacement product will be dispatched after the exchange has been approved and the replacement product is available.

Delivery of the replacement product will be subject to the delivery timelines set out in our Shipping Policy.

15. Policy Changes

BeltBag may modify or update this Refunds & Exchange Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business practices, Website or applicable requirements.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
