We currently accept and fulfil orders for delivery within India only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

BeltBag does not require you to provide your complete card or banking credentials directly to us.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro cities: 2–6 business days;
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We use different courier and logistics partners depending on the delivery location and other operational considerations.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

BeltBag's returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refunds & Exchange Policy.

Unless otherwise required under applicable law or expressly stated by BeltBag, we do not provide refunds or direct returns for products delivered correctly and in good condition merely because of a change of mind or personal preference.
